Find your PC muscles by stopping your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to find them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. I love that way, but if you are not a fan of anal play the way I am, then just go with the first way. Once they are found you need to practice doing Kegel exercises for men. I know you have heard of these for women, but they work so well for men to. They give true cock confidence.

I found this set of exercises online, but have adapted them myself.
First you stroke until you are midway between getting hard and cumming. Then you begin your work.
First exercise:
Quickly clench and release the PC muscles repeatedly for 10 seconds. Take a 10-second break between sets, and complete 5 sets. Now relax your cock a bit and begin stroking again. This should feel more powerful.

Second exercise:
Clench and release repeatedly holding the PC muscles tightly for for 5 seconds. Take a 5-second break between sets, and do 10 sets. Now relax your cock a bit and begin stroking again. It will feel even better.
Third exercise:
Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds, then take a 30 second break between each of the 5 sets. This may be the toughest set but it is worth it.
